Department of prosthodontics is a specialty branch of dentistry, which deals with the correction and maintenance of oral functions, phonification, aesthetics and patient health, where substance loss in natural teeth, missing teeth and the surrounding oral and maxillofacial tissues are restored with artificial materials. The main treatments applied in our department are:

• Fixed prosthetic treatments,
• Post-core restorations,
• Crown-bridge restorations,
• Removable partial dentures,
• Dentures
• Precision attachment dentures
• Implant supported fixed and removable prostheses,
• Maxillofacial prostheses,
• Diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint problems.

Prosthetic Dentistry Department, which continues its education and training activities together with patient treatments, provides 5-year undergraduate education and 3-year specialty training with theoretical and practical courses.
